How does it work?
Sculpture Walk Springfield is an annually rotating collection of sculptures. Each collection is in place from April to March of the next year.
When is the walk?
There is no scheduled “Sculpture Walk.” Our sculptures are placed throughout downtown in public spaces so we are open 24/7/365. That means our sculptures can be enjoyed on your schedule! Hitting the pavement for an early morning run? Follow our map to find all the sculptures! Time to kill between dinner and your movie? Stroll the sidewalks to find as many sculptures as you can before your flick. Sculpture Walk Springfield is a fun activity for all ages no matter what time of day.
Can I take a tour with a docent?
We offer docent guided walking tours. It’s the perfect activity for a group of friends, co-workers, or family members to learn more about our program and the sculptures that we place downtown. Click here for more information.
Where can I find a map?
Print your own by downloading a pdf of the map on this page. OR pick up a copy of our map at one of many locations all over Springfield. You can find a copy of our current map outside of our office at the Springfield Regional Arts Council, the Springfield Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, and several businesses throughout downtown.
I’m an artist, how do I submit a sculpture?
Visit our Call to Artists for more information. Submissions for each collection are accepted October 1-January 31. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.
