As an artist, I look for ways to tell a story or express a message through my sculpture. This sculpture entitled Artistic Outlet is no different. This sculpture is meant to spark happiness at first glance but may have a deeper meaning. A familiar shape and design we all depend on is the electrical outlet. The outlet that powers our smartphones, boils our coffee, and lets you post pictures of your cat for the world to see. The electric outlet allows you to explore the world without stepping outside. The ultimate freedom to explore our world…if your charging cord is long enough.
