In a fast-moving society, it is easy to get caught in a cycle of hustling, always looking toward the next step. We are constantly learning how to get to point B as efficiently and quickly as possible. With each curve of this form, there is a playful innocence held. Reflecting on childhood, it seemed so simple to exist unapologetically, unapologetically rest.
I invite you, the viewer, to slow down and be present. So please take a seat and stay a while.
How do you feel at this moment?
Are there more instances of rest that we can allow ourselves throughout our day-to-day?
When is the last time you let yourself go?
